Buying clothing, prints & ceramics

 

Shipping fee within Europe:

All prints are printed in and shipped from Finland. Frames are not included. The 30 x 40 cm and bigger prints are shipped in a cardboard tube. The smaller prints are shipped as a letter. The order is processed within 24 hours and shipped within 2-5 days. You will receive an email notifying you that your purchase has gone through and another email when the order has been shipped. Please remember to check your spam as well.

Prints shipping cost:

15 x 20 cm – 3€

21 x 29,7 cm – 3€
30 x 40 cm – 3€

29,7 x 42 (A3) – 9€

50 x 70cm – 9€

The clothes are designed and sewn in Helsinki, Finland by the artist and her mother. The fabrics are printed in Latvia. There are few items which are fully made in Latvia. This is separately mentioned on each items product description.The clothes will be sent as a parcel. The order is processed within 24 hours and shipped within 5-30 days, as soon as the item is ready. You will receive an email notifying you that your purchase has gone through and another email when the order has been shipped. Please remember to check your spam as well.

The prints and clothing are currently only shipped within Europe.

 

The ceramics are handmade from scratch by Malaika in Finland. The ceramics will be sent as a parcel. The order is processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1-5 days. You will receive an email notifying you that your purchase has gone through and another email when the order has been shipped. Please remember to check your spam as well.

The ceramics are currently only shipped within Europe.

Buying original artwork

The original artwork can be paid for through the website and collected from Helsinki, Finland. The pickup location and time can be negotiated with the artist. For buying original artwork, please contact the artist on hello@malaikamollel.com. No shipping fees will be added.

Custom & import taxes

Although rare, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Payment

At the moment we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, and all the Finnish online bank service transfers. All prices on our website are based and charged in euro. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.

 

Returns & exchange

You can exchange or return your order up to 14 days after receiving the item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.  No returns or exchanges on original paintings.  Before you do any returns or exchanges, please contact hello@malaikamollel.com.

 

Please ensure that items are undamaged, unworn, and in original packaging. Items that are damaged when received will not be eligible for a refund unless it's clear that the fault is due to the making of the piece.
